My name is Brian Edgerly. I am the owner and operator of Sweet ‘n’ Salty Scoops.  Ice cream has always been the ultimate food to me. As a young boy, I remember having an old-fashioned ice cream maker with the crank.  Each of us would take turns cranking the handle until our arm felt like it was going to fall off.  Was all that effort worth it? Of course! Ice cream is the perfect food to reward a victory, comfort a hurt, and celebrate a special occasion.  Ice cream also stands on its own any time – any place.

 

Having left healthcare 35 years as a Physical Therapist, Sweet ‘n’ Salty Scoops started as a simple question – “What if…?”  Call it a mid-life crisis, but I decided to pursue that question to see where it would lead.  The thought became a dream that turned into reality.

Now I get to share my sweet and salty obsession with all of you!
